“Misconduct under the board of recreational therapists regulations”
A recreational therapist engages in misconduct if he:
- Violates ethical standards;
- Engages in sexual misconduct with a client;
- Fails to provide care with reasonable skill, safety, and regard for patient rights; or
- Fails to take appropriate action to safeguard individuals from incompetent counselors and health care practitioners.
