“Patient records under the New Hampshire Pharmacy Board regulations”
Pharmacies must maintain a patient record system for patients for whom prescriptions are dispensed. The patient record must contain personal and medical information about the patient. The patient record must be maintained for a period of one year from the date of the last entry in the record.
