“Records under the pharmacy board regulations”

Pharmacies that dispense parenteral solutions must maintain a patient record for each patient being treated with parenteral therapy, which must contain the following information: a record of the furnishing of all prescriptions and medical supplies; information relevant to the patient’s parenteral therapy; progress notes documenting contact with the patient or physician; and laboratory data relevant to parental therapy.
