“Misconduct under the governing board of occupational therapists”
“Misconduct” means:
- Violations of ethical standards adopted by the board;
- Engaging in sexual misconduct;
- Violation of professional standards of care adopted by the board;
- Inability to render care with reasonable skill and safety by mental or physical illness;
- Disciplinary action by a regulatory authority in another state or country; and
- Failure to take appropriate action to safeguard individual from incompetent health care practitioners.
