“Procedure for imposition of sanctions under the governing board of occupational therapists”
The board must impose disciplinary sanctions only after prior notice to the physical therapist and an opportunity for a hearing or by agreement in a settlement. However, the board is authorized to immediately suspend a physical therapist’s license if there is a danger to public health and safety.
