“Misconduct under the naturopathic board of examiners regulations”
A naturopathic physician engages in misconduct if he:
- Practices naturopathic medicine, naturopathic acupuncture, or naturopathic childbirth negligently
- Intentionally injures a patient while practicing naturopathic medicine, naturopathic acupuncture, or naturopathic childbirth
- Psychologically or physically abuses a patient or engages in sexual activity with a patient
- Falsifies patient records, insurance reports, or public health records.
