“Code of Ethics under the board of mental health practice regulations”
Psychologists, pastoral psychotherapists, clinical social workers, mental health counselors, and marriage and family therapists must comply with their profession’s code of ethics. Each licensed mental health care professional must not sexually harass or engage in sexual acts with a patient. All mental health practitioners must provide honest and accurate information in reports.
