“Access to the registry by third parties under the division of public health services regulations”
The commissioner of health and human services must provide to insurers, managed care organizations, researchers, or other governmental agencies analyses and compilations of demographic and immunization records which do not contain patient-identifiable information. Upon request, the commissioner must provide to child care establishments a list of attendees who require further immunizations.
