“Reporting requirements under the division of public health services regulations”
All governmental or private agencies, Department of Health and Human Services, institution, clinic, laboratory, health maintenance organization, association, physician, or hospice must provide a report to the state cancer registry regarding any diagnosis or treatment of a reportable cancer as required by the CDC National Registries.
