“Purpose under the division of mental health and developmental services regulations”
The purpose of the following regulations is to define the procedures to protect the rights of persons applying for, eligible for, or receiving mental health services which are funded, monitored, or regulated by the Department of Health and Human Services. The regulations apply to state mental health facilities, community mental health programs, community mental health providers or their subcontracted service providers.
