“Misconduct under the board of acupuncture licensing regulation”
A chiropractor is guilty of misconduct for a variety of grounds including:
- Failing to comply with legal requirements relating to patient records;
- Engaging in any act that harms the health or safety of patient;
- Mental or physical and competence to practice chiropractic; and
- Any unprofessional conduct including disrespecting a patient, engaging in sexual conduct with a patient, and professional dishonesty.
