Reports from Licensing Boards
The adverse health care event reporting system includes the reporting of records of licensing boards (such as the Board of Medicine) to the Commissioner of Health. The Commissioner must then send these reports to the facility involved. The facility must determine whether the adverse event was previously reported, and if not, must report it according to M.S.A. §144.7065.
