Superintendent of hospitals to transfer records
Hospital records may be transferred from paper form to electronic format by the hospital superintendent or chief administrative officer with the consent and approval of the governing body of the hospital. Individual patient medical paper records or daily hospital records may be transferred into electronic format that preserves the original information.
