"Monitoring of screening, education, and treatment programs"
The department of health services must create rules for approving alcohol and drug screening, education and treatment facilities, and for referring persons to such facilities. The department must also create a standardized screening assessment for use by these facilities as well as recordkeeping and reporting requirements.
