A program of all-inclusive care for the elderly (PACE) provider that participates in Medicaid must maintain medical records for 6 years. A PACE provider must have an acceptable participant grievance and appeals system and a quality assurance and performance improvement system. A PACE provider may not discriminate based on race, age, creed, sex, color, national origin, marital status, physical or mental disability, health status, or need for health services.
