A Maryland AIDS Drug Assistance Program participating health care provider must:
- Maintain patient records as required by the Medicaid program;
- Maintain prescriptions for 5 years; and
- Provide services without regard to race, color, age, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, marital status, and physical or mental handicap.
