A Medicaid participating pharmacy must:
- Maintain records and prescriptions for 6 years;
- Provide services without regard to race, creed, color, age, sex, national origin, marital status, physical or mental disability; and
- Place no restriction on the recipient’s right to select providers of the recipient’s choice.
