The Department of Health and Mental Hygiene must annually submit a report on the Office of Minority Health and Health Disparities to the Governor and the state legislature. The report must address the projects and services developed and funded by the Office and the health care problems that the grants funds are intended to ameliorate. The report may include any recommendations for administrative or legislative action that it deems appropriate.
