The Office of Oral Health must conduct an annual evaluation of the Oral Health Safety Net Program which must include:
- Data on progress on each grant awarded;
- Data on progress of the overall Oral Health Safety Net Program;
- Data demonstrating any increase in the use of dental care among underserved populations; and
- Data from any statewide survey conducted by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene that demonstrates the progress of the Program.
