Long Term Care Ombudsman
Requires the Division to establish a Long Term Care Ombudsman Program. Identifies the Ombudsman’s responsibilities as including investigations into long term care recipients’ complaints, advocacy on behalf of long term care recipients, monitoring of policy that impacts long term care recipients, and creation of a reporting system as a means of collecting and analyzing complaint data.
