Iowa's dental screening database
 
Authorizes the Department of Public Health to create a dental screening database as a means of enforcing dental screening requirements and monitoring the oral health of Iowa students. Prohibits the use of database information for marketing, bill collection, or any other purposes not authorized by this rule. Classifies identifying information maintained by the database as confidential and prohibits disclosure unless expressly authorized (e.g., to the parent of the student that received screening, to agencies that enter into a data use agreement with the Department, etc.).
