“Immunity”
Arizona grants immunity to health care providers, contractors, and clinical laboratories for any civil liability that may arise in relation to their disclosure of medical records, payment records, or lab results so long as the disclosure is made in good faith and authorized by law. A health care provider, contractor, or clinical laboratory’s good faith is presumed, but may be rebutted at trial.
