Prohibits licensed genetic counselors from disclosing client information unless the client or their representative consents to the disclosure in writing. Clarifies that information regarding a contemplated or executed crime is not confidential. Considers clients to have waived their confidentiality privilege when bringing a claim against their genetic counselor.
