Idaho Code Ann. § 39-9506, Penalties and Professional Sanctions

Establishes misdemeanor liability for persons that willfully submit abortion reports with false information or willfully discloses information from such reports without authorization. Classifies persons that fail to file reports or maintain required records as guilty of unprofessional conduct and permits the imposition of a civil fine in the amount of $500 for medical practitioners or $1000 for facilities per violation. Imposes a six month suspension of licensure on facilities that violate the requirements a second time and a one year suspension for the third violation.
