Requires nursing facility administrators to report readmissions, discharges, changes in participant income, and when a participant’s account exceeds a specified dollar threshold to the Regional Medicaid Services (RMS) within three days of their knowledge of the event. Requires administrators to also report any other information they have about a participant’s finances that could affect the participant’s Medicaid eligibility.
