Makes information about individuals regulated by the Skilled Nursing & Intermediate Care Facilities regulations subject to Idaho’s “Use and Disclosure of Department Records” regulations (IDAPA 16.05.01). Requires the Department of Health and Welfare to comply with Idaho’s public records law. Prohibits disclosure of patient/resident identifying information unless authorized by law or necessary during a licensure proceeding.
