Requires reports of induced abortions sent to the Vital Statistics Unit to comply with standards established in § 39-261. Clarifies that such reports are statistical rather than certificates and that copies of the reports are not available. Prohibits collection of information that would identify the person who had an abortion. Prohibits the public release of compilations that identify the place at which an abortion was performed, the provider who performed the abortion, or the person who submitted the abortion report.
