Classifies personal information of persons receiving Blind Prevention and Sight Restoration Program services from the Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired as confidential. Permits such information to be used solely for program administration purposes. Allows disclosure of such information pursuant to a person’s informed, written consent or where otherwise authorized by law.
