“Health care insurers; reporting requirements”
Health care insurers that operate within Arizona must submit annual reports to the Director of Insurance regarding the number of eligible individuals covered during the prior year, policies issued to non-eligible persons, earned premiums for individual policies, and the total number of covered individuals. Health care insurers must also provide the Director with information regarding forms, available products, and actuarial value so that the Director may assess the insurers’ compliance with various guaranteed issue and guaranteed renewability requirements.
