The Wyoming Medicine Practice Act grants the Wyoming Board of Medicine authority to discipline licensed physicians that violate specified provisions of the Act. Violations include a physician’s failure to maintain medical records and a physician’s intentional or negligent disclosure of confidential patient information. Permissible disciplinary actions include the suspension or revocation of a physician’s license.
