“Grounds for censure, civil penalty, probation, suspension, revocation, denial or renewal of license, certificate or registration”
The state board of optometry may discipline optometrists that commit a felony, engage in unprofessional, deceptive, or fraudulent conduct, commit malpractice, fail to maintain records, or otherwise violate the licensure laws.
