Grievance Procedures
Requires prepaid health plans (PHPs) to establish grievance procedures and to obtain the Department of Human Services’s approval of these procedures. Requires PHPs to maintain grievance records, allow the Department to audit their log of grievances, and submit quarterly reports to the Department regarding received grievances and resolutions.
