“The Florida Healthy Kids Corporation Act”
The Florida Healthy Kids Corporation must provide comprehensive health insurance coverage for children who are eligible for the Children’s Health Insurance Program. The Florida Healthy Kids Corporation must administer the Florida Kidcare program. The primary recipients of services provided through the corporation are school-age children with a family income below 200 percent of the federal poverty level who do not qualify for Medicaid.
