“Program evaluation under the social welfare law”
The Agency for Health Care Administration must annually report to the governor and state legislature on the Florida Kidcare program. The report must address:
- An assessment of the operation of the program;
- An assessment of the effectiveness in increasing the number of children with health coverage;
- The characteristics of the children and families assisted under the program;
- The quality of health coverage provided; and
- An assessment of the effectiveness of the Florida Kidcare program.
