“Data collection; uniform systems of financial reporting; information relating to physician charges; confidential information; immunity under the social welfare law”
Health care facilities must submit the following data to the Agency for Health Care Administration:
- Case-mix data;
- Patient admission and discharge data;
- Hospital emergency department data;
- Data on hospital acquired infections;
- Data on readmissions;
- Data on complications;
- Financial data; and
- Demographic data.
Health insurers must submit the following data to the Agency for Health Care Administration:
- Claims;
- Premium;
- Administration; and
- Financial information.
