“Quality assurance activities of trauma agencies under the public health law”
A hospital or an emergency medical services provider must disclose records and reports of patient care, transport and treatment to:
- A local or regional trauma agency that performs quality assurance activities; or
- One another its own quality assurance proceedings, records, or reports.
