“Guidelines for the disposition of disciplinary cases under the Department of Health regulations”
The Board of Chiropractic may impose administrative fines and suspend, place on probation, or revoke a chiropractor’s license for the following:
- The failure to report another health care professional;
- The failure to comply with medical record-keeping requirements;
- A chiropractor’s inability to practice with reasonable skill or safety;
- An act of gross malpractice; and
- Experimenting on patients without consent.
