“Inpatient data reporting and audit procedures under the Agency for Health Care Administration regulations”
Hospitals must report inpatient discharge data to the Agency for Health Care Administration. Upon notice from the agency, hospitals must provide access to all required information underlying the hospital inpatient discharge reports to enable the agency to complete inpatient data audits of hospital data.
