“General provisions under the Agency for Health Care Administration regulations”
Hospitals must report data the following data to the Agency for Health Care Administration:
- Any inpatient who is transferred or discharged from an acute care setting into a rehabilitative care setting; and
- Inpatients who are transferred or discharged from the acute care setting into a skilled nursing unit or to hospice care.
