“Investigations and license, life safety and validation inspections under the Agency for Health Care Administration regulations”
The Agency for Health Care Administration must conduct periodic inspections of hospitals to ensure compliance with all licensure requirements. The agency may also conduct investigations of complaints regarding violations of licensure and impose sanctions.
