“Disciplinary guidelines under the Department of Health regulations”
The Department of Health must impose disciplinary penalties and fines on dental laboratories for:
- Filing a false report;
- Deceptive representations;
- Failing to keep dental records;
- Operating below the minimum standards of performance;
- Failure to report disciplinary action taken in another jurisdiction; and
- Being convicted of or entering a plea to any misdemeanor or felony relating to health care fraud.
