“Penalties for ambulatory patient data reporting and deficiencies under the Agency for Health Care Administration regulations”
Ambulatory centers that fails to file or files a false or incomplete report may be subject to an administrative penalty of $100 per day for the first violation, $350 per day for the second violation, and $1,000 per day for subsequent violations. Any ambulatory center which files a false report is subject to a fine up to $1000 per day per violation in addition to any other fine imposed.
