“Ambulatory and emergency department data reporting and audit procedures under the Agency for Health Care Administration regulations”
The following organizations must submit patient data reports to the Agency for Health Care Administration: short-term acute care hospitals; ambulatory surgical centers; emergency departments; lithotupsy centers; and cardiac catheterization laboratories.
