“Purpose of ambulatory and emergency department patient data reporting under the Agency for Health Care Administration regulations”
Ambulatory surgery centers and hospital emergency department services must report patient data to the Agency for Health Care Administration for the assessment of variations in utilization, disease surveillance, access to care and cost trends.
