Dispensing Records
Requires pharmacies and health care providers registered to handle controlled substances to maintain records of dispensed controlled substances for at least two years following the date the substance was dispensed. Grants the Pharmacy Board authority to inspect and copy these records. Specifies the content that must included in these records (e.g., name of controlled substance recipient, name of dispensed substance, etc.).
