“Dispensing of drugs and devices; conditions”
Arizona permits registered osteopathic physicians to dispense drugs and devices so long as they comply with labeling and storage requirements. Such physicians must document dispensed drugs in a patient’s medical record along with the therapeutic reason for dispensing the drug and the date the drug was dispensed.
