When authorization required for disclosure of nonpublic personal information
Prohibits health carriers from disclosing nonpublic personal health information without authorization. Clarifies that this prohibition does not include disclosure for various business activities (e.g., claims administration, claims adjustment, etc.) or disclosure in compliance with the HIPAA privacy rule.
