Data Reporting Process for Demographic Information
Requires the Administrator to create a process for reporting Wyoming Life Resource Center utilization data to the Director of the Department of Health. Specifies the data that the Director must annually report to Wyoming’s legislature (e.g., the number of clients who received services at the Center, costs of services, Medicaid reimbursement rates, etc.).
