Preparation and Submission of Cost Reports
Requires hospitals to submit cost reports to the Medicare Intermediary in compliance with Medicare requirements. Authorizes the Department of Health to require hospitals to provide supplementary information in these reports. Requires the Department to suspend Medicaid payments to hospitals that fail to submit reports.
