Consumers' rights
Grants consumers the right to a list of practicing physical therapist and physical therapist assistants and the right to choose services and products. States that information regarding the relationship between a physical therapist and patient is confidential and cannot be disclosed unless or authorized by law or in accordance with the patient’s written authorization.
